Lucky as a whole is a "toxic" community although the staff team recently has been working to fix this, I still see a flaw in the application process for the staff team. I understand fully that members of the community should be allowed to share their opinion on new potential staff members. But from personal experience and the observation of other's application, I have noticed a trend of scrutiny directed toward thew applicant. This is just not necessary and in my mind the cause for the recent trend of the (Name Withdrawn Application) I propose that each player should be allowed one comment on the application and limited to 250 characters.
