What is the bug or concern that you're reporting: /limits is not working as intended
Evidence:
As seen in the screenshot above, it says I have 507 hoppers, while the only allowed limit is 500. I am certain I didn't do anything to this limit, and I'm pretty sure this happens to other blocks that are limited as well. I'm not entirely sure how to replicate this, but it's related to doing ./is recalc.
