Getting specific enchantment and Villager job

Hi,
I have some questions:
1. can the lucky sky block get specific enchantment like mending?
2. Can the villager spawn from spawner take on jobs?
3. If not, can villager be spawned naturally?
4. And if villager cannot spawn naturally how can I get the specific enchantment that I want?

1. There's a thing called /fix and im pretty sure there's players online who would glady /fix your stuff
2. I dont see a point for that to be added?
3. Like i said above, is there a point on why you want them to have ai?
