Resolved Me, and the server

Ok so as many of you know, a lot of issues have started mainly between me and blood, I do apologize that you may be affected by this. I do not do this intentionally to make any issues, some of you think I do, I don't. I don't intend to be mean or aggravating or irritating to everyone, we all have made mistakes. Now to my second part. Ever since this whole thing went down, I and blood have been attacked several times but taken in a different approach. We both had player reports against us spreading opinions about us which could help in the punishment process. The community can be biased, the staff does not take orders and opinions from the community, they take it from the rules. Mainly a lot of you don't seem to like me, usually, its because I'm "annoying" or "aggravating" however if I do these things, you should not do them back. The server has been very rude and disrespectful to me and I know staff doesn't do it intentionally, but some players do. I make a suggestion, it might be good or it might be bad, everyone downvotes it. Right now there is a suggestion about me saying to ban me from suggestions because I make them redundant, AS they literally make a redundant suggestion. Now I'm not perfect and I understand I can be mean but this is just too far. Some of you wanted me banned or muted and I try not to be mean or irritating, but to single me and blood out is just not ok. I'm sure a ton of you guys have been told to be banned or let's say "mute him/her!" That also isn't ok. No one here should be attacked and no one should be ridiculed. You may not like me, but then again you don't treat someone like trash. Sorry to pick on staff but sometimes you guys don't always do the correct thing, now I am not saying my punishment was unfair I believe I deserved it, but sometimes you just mess up, and that's totally ok. The staff on the server is amazing and I do hate that because of me it enrages them, so specifically, I do apologize to neon and grim. Now I understand some of you guys try not to be mean, but some of you do, Let's bring some examples shall we? Well 1: there was a book stating to send me to ram ranch, 20 people signed it. There is a discord server with my face on it and a google form and I believe 30 and 40 people are on it. This is not ok if you need more examples I will but that would be a bit too long. I do not think everything I say is right but then again not everything I say is wrong. Seeker (also sorry to pick on you) also made a thread about neon and grim today, I believe they are fine staff, however, I read in your little thread that I will be annoying intentionally because that's who I am? Well, that isn't true at all, I don't mean to be aggravating but I do appreciate you trying to defend me but that isn't needed. I have done a ton of stuff on the server that I'm not happy about, but it doesn't mean you should too. Sometimes I get bullied by a lot of you all, I feel as if I can't really voice an opinion or state something on the server. Now you might say, look how dumb this kid is, or something more vaguely rude, and that isn't ok. I joined this server about er, 3 months ago? I believe, my first week was good, the second week to today has been awful. I have been attacked way too much on this server and you have to agree, I do. There have been people I have redeemed or apologized too I could say, however, I don't think some of you have apologized back. There is A LOT of you that hate me, as I have stated many times, but the fact that because 20 people complain about me, I need to be banned? That right there just seems really outright and unjust. I shouldn't be punished because people complain about me, I should be punished for the reason they did if it is valid. Some also things you can do to be a bit nicer or try not to get into an argument is /ignore CalebEnderDragon or just be a tad nicer. I have changed quite a bit as of right now and I hope it stays this way. I don't want to be mocked by any of you or attacked, I just want us to be at a stopping point to this, this battle between me and the server. As I stated previously I do sincerely apologize for all my misconduct and attacking or instigating arguments, I will stop I promise. We can't continue to argue, we must walk this path together, work together, and stay together. Thank you for reading, and I do hope we can be friends.

I totally agree with what your saying, however The way it was dealt with was not ok. To put me and blood in the spotlight just to have a little show of me and blood and the communitys opinion on how bad we are.

It was perfectly ok to do it. It put you under the pressure you needed. Clearly you didn't get the hint. That you need to stop talking at times. Blood actually learned his lesson, you don't see him making a useless thread for no reason like you.

Caleb, as I had said to you privately - I apologise if you felt like you were being attacked by the two threads I had created under advice from Tuneful. I had been directed to make these threads for the community's opinion on your two as we needed to know how much of the community has been affected by both of your actions recently on the server and it's platforms.

Also regarding the book and the spread sheet - I was made aware of the book, and that you had found it as a joke at the time - I also believe I wasn't staff at the point so my apologies that I couldn't do anything about that. However I have not seen this Google document that you spoke of, can you send me a link to it on discord? This is not fair to you and I understand why you would feel as though you are hated when things like these are happening. - The creators of this should be repremanded for this. Under no circumstances if this OK. However, if you took part in the making of this, or not clearly stated that you were not OK with this being created then I cannot do much to help as you had participated in this and seems a little bit two-faced if this was the reality.

- The reason you were punished IS because people had complained about you over and over, everything they said was valdiated and proven with screenshots that they had provided us. Your statement here seems a little bit ignorant of what had actually happened and why.

You did not listen to the many many warnings that staff had give you. Myself, Grimm, Tuneful and many other players alike. You have even had a ban due to your misconduct and ill behaviour on the server.

I understand that you feel as though the whole server hates you - I don't believe they hate you neccesarily, I believe they don't like your actions and how your hold yourself higher than everyone else on the server. - Whether this is intentional or not. It is due to your actions and your behaviour that a lot of people may think this way. It is unfortunate but that is the reality of things sometimes.

A large part of staffing is to listen to the players / community's voices. If there is something upsetting a large amount of the player base then we cannot ignore it. If we are given many reports about a player, we cannot ignore it. It is our job to listen to the players and act accordingly while still mainting our own rules and guidlines are being enforced in these situations. Obviously, if a player isn't breaking rules then we must look into it further and try to understand the underlying cause of the problem - however if nothing is found then we don't give a punishment. In your case, we had been given evidence about your behaviour, witnessed your behaviour and had received many reports about it.. We cannot ignore this.

I truly hope that you decide to change your actions and how you behave in the coming weeks as it would be a shame to lose a dedicated player like yourself.

Hello Caleb,

You and blood have been starting things for a long time now, we have been talking about it for a long time between staff to do something about it.
At first we agreed to do just regular mutes when things escalated, but those didnt seem to help with anything you guys just went back at it as soon as you got unmuted, starting arguments out of nowhere, pointing out the obvious in arguments and always trying to get involved in them when you had nothing to do with said conversation.
You always said "I'm sorry I wont do it again", but then a few hours later or a day later, there you where, doing the same thing again over and over. I understand that its not fun for you that this happened, but it was a long time coming, we tried to give you guys chances, but you didnt grab them.

We knew there where plenty of other people who thought the same thing, so TunefulMouse decided to have a forum post made to see proof of everything that has been going on in these situation so he could have an example of the issues.

Because we felt like the 1HR mutes weren't doing anything we decided as a staff team to take this action.

I do feel bad tha tyou feel attacked, thats something we did not want you to feel, and if i did anything wrong to you i do apologise to you for the things that might have upset you or hurt you.

Regarding the discord with your face on it, i 100% understand that you don't like that, i dont think anyone would like to be put in that position.

I do hope you enjoy the rest of your time on this server, and we are always here to listen to things you have to say.

Every single suggestion you make, is not needed, and nobody likes them. So I made the suggestion so the #suggestion page wont get flooded with retarded things.

I completely agree with what Usernames has said, this community is not biased towards you. We say the things we say because you deserve them. When we say "ban caleb", we truly mean it. You act like everything you say is right, and nothing can be done about it. When we say something in the right to counter you say "did i ask" or "thats an opinion". That is childish and immature. You do not need to asked to be corrected as you do it to everyone else. Also, how is a fact an opinion?

You deserve a season ban, and not a season mute. Do not try to talk your way out of it. The things you have done to annoy everyone on the server, intentional or not, deserves a season ban.
