Player Report on Cath and Snqwzy

Prologue​

Ever since reset, Cath and Snqwzy have been causing trouble on Lucky Skyblock. Whether it is harassing players and staff, baiting/provoking players out of nowhere, talking about others in a bad way when they’re not online and being inappropriate. They should be muted for these reasons. Keep in mind that most of the screenshots and evidence are from this season, which at the time of drafting, is 9 days.

Harassing Players and Staff​

I have witnessed Cath and Snqwzy harass a 14 year old player, CalebEnderDragon, first hand. Why you may ask? It’s because he was not a good staff member . Sure, they do have a point, but he tried his best and they gave him shit for it. I don’t have much evidence of this, but I’m sure if Caleb does see this he may be able to vouch for me. Cath also gives Petarr and Jzsh, a former helper, a hard time after she got warned for whatever it is she got warned for, instead of just accepting it.

Talking About Others in a Bad Way in their Absence​

Talking shit about people when they’re not even there to defend themselves is toxic to an extent. Having said that, Cath and Snqwzy have done just that on separate occasions. One of those is when they were both nicked as the same thing and Snqwzy accused a close friend of mine, Tacticalxgrimm, of supporting a pedophile, even though it was months ago. Cath has also had a few occasions of rambling on about how “bad” Petarr and Jzsh are at being staff just because she got warned.

Provoking/Baiting Players​

Both Cath and Snqwzy have provoked players or have jumped with others just to start an argument. An example of them provoking players is in my previous point, where Snqwzy mentions the part about Grim and then Cathuel jumps on it, if they didn’t mention the part about Grim then I wouldn’t have gone the way that I did. I will provide screenshots of the entire argument that we had. Cath also jumped on provoking another close friend of mine, JxstTrxsh, 1 day before he got helper, but he kept his cool and so did I. The last example of provoking players I have proof of is when Punishqr was borderline provoking Amit_L, also known as Lior, and then both Snqwzy and Cath jumped on trying to provoke Lior for no reason.

Being Inappropriate​

This point isn’t as major as the other points, nor do I have evidence of Snqwzy being inappropriate but I thought I would leave it in. Cath has conversations with her friends in public chat that devolve into them saying inappropriate and disturbing shit, and this only gets worse when more of her friends are in the conversation too. This led to me disabling chat a few times because I didn’t want to see what disturbing stuff they were going to say next.

This is just to address any misunderstandings you may have about this forum post. The goal of this forum post is to get Cath and possibly Snqwzy permanently muted, and to show that even players are getting tired of their shit. Some of the screenshots are from the same day/convo. This is a public thread, you are free to add your input whether you are with me or against me. Text after points is the evidence, click on it to see it.

I think Cath and Snoi are the cause of issues on the server as of right now.
When I was staff, they would come on briefly and when I politely said hello to them, NOT EVEN being rude or anything, they left out of spite and I never got mad at them.
2 seasons before this one, I was banned for 7 days for being a nuisance, and I learned from my behavior, I say that these 2 also receive a 7 day ban to learn there actions, and instead learn from them instead of making someone else the victim.

Both Snoi and Cath have started numerous arguments and “attacked” players in chat. They’ve been rude and also given staff an incredibly hard time and accused them of making mistakes just because they are unhappy with the decision. I don’t think these players should be allowed to speak in chat.

They have done nothing but seek to make the community a less welcoming and less friendly place for all. Whether it is causing fights, making extremely disrespectful, at some points racist statements and provoking players with malicious intent, their behavior cannot continue to go unanswered.

This two players start the toxicity of the server.
They won't stop calling people and talking behind their back and after getting punished for it they are making hard time on the staff team.

They HAVE to be muted for the community to not turn toxic and for the server to survive.

Said individuals are creating a quite toxic place on this server, whenever they are online together there is nobody else talking in chat because they'll just get shit on for anything they say.
As soon as they get punished or one of their group gets punished they instantly start drama and complain about everything that has to do with staff.
When these people are not online chat is way more relaxing and friendly overall.

I understand you feel that way, but this is somewhere where everyone should feel comfortable to voice their own opinions I also understand that you have no issues with either of them, but clearly you can see that MULTIPLE people have a problem with their actions, this isn’t some stupid dumb bitchy “drama”- this is a real problem within the community we all play in. This seems like another attempt at the whole "Gang mentality" Situation. I've been playing on the server for years and can assure you that (Cath and Snqwy) are not the cause of toxicity... In fact, the same thing was said about me although; I was banned. There is a trend of a certain group of people causing trouble and harassing staff until people are wrongfully punished. Keep in mind that I know both of these players very well, they can and definitely have been poorly behaved in the past. That does not mean we can ostracize people and call for punishments because you don't like them.

Regarding your previous comment:

Maybe there are some “groups” on the server, yes, however I don’t think all of them are as problematic as Cath and her group. People should be able to play together as a community! That’s definitely one thing I agree with and that you are correct about. However, XeNa, you fail to realize that if a small “group” of players is causing such a detrimental issue to the server that people are finding it hard to play together that’s not really helping the server or the community.



These things shouldn’t be a part of main chat, people hate it. If Cath and co are online at the same time as anyone else most people have literally no other choice but to not talk because of how much toxicity gets thrown around. I hope you realize that most of the time the reason other people “bitch” back is just because there is constant baiting and provocation coming from Cath and her group.



No one here wants the server to go downhill. This post is made because the people here care about the server and want to get rid of the toxicity that is definitely driving the server down more than anything.



Everyone here is trying to keep the “bitchy/snide remarks” out of the server chat but that group is keeping them in.



As a senior moderator and a staff member, you should be well aware that staff are supposed to keep a professional attitude and presence within the server. Staff guidelines clearly spell out that staff can’t swear on any platform and are supposed to use proper punctuation and grammar. Just a polite reminder regarding that, as well as a reminder that staff members are NOT supposed to treat their friends differently when enforcing rules, like you have been with Cath’s group.

There is no reason to do this just because people are snowflakes and cannot take criticism. Everyone has the right to say whatever they want as long as it does not physically effect someone, and just cause some people are butthurt does not mean they should lose ther chat ability.

If you have a problem with a player, there is a command called /ignore that you can use.

Otherwise, do not complain about people speaking their mind.

People can act however they want. It's them and you cannot control that. This server is a part of the real world and not a preschool. Theres a chat filter and it does the job. again, if people feel uncomfortable with the way people talk then theres a command called /ignore. USE IT

You have not had any problems with them only because you are biased, and I have screenshots to back me up. These screenshots may not show you being biased directly towards Cath or Snqwzy, but since you're friends with them anyone should be able to connect the dots. In the first screenshot, not only are you being biased towards Black, but you are letting him talk about the staff under you in a bad way, and you only make it worse by saying "you want more people like me ". The second screenshot shows what should have been a warning for black but instead, you just chose to ignore it.

You have not been on the server for months now, and months are enough for anyone to change. Plus, this isn't about "gangs" or "gang mentality", this is about them making the server a shitty place to play in. If it was, I would have made the forum post more formal.

The /ignore command shouldn't be used 1 week into the server's reset, and it's not an excuse for them to "speak their mind". You clearly have not looked at most of the screenshots.

I just had to learn, people are offending me and accusing me, to get me out of the way. So I stood up against it.
But, Snqwzy and Cath did not let time pass by, instead they've seen my situtation and helped me out and I've got new friends.

Nafyy, the helpers are not targetting you or your friends, you are breaking rules and you are being punished for breaking these rules. It's not because of island top nor is it because of political stuff, in fact, almost all of your punishments are because of inappropriate chat and I know for a fact that you have typed some inappropriate nonsense in chat.

Xena is biased in both screenshots, I put descriptions in both images and anyone can read those descriptions, and whether the conversations are sarcastic or not, you would expect more from a Senior Moderator.

Caleb was not being harassed by me personally, he was called out for belittling me and others as well as trying to fact check us on our own countries although his 'facts' were false, i have a screenshot of that entire conversation from the start to finish as well as when you jumped in to tell us to stop harassing him. As for Petarr and Jzsh, both have wrongfully warned me, to which has already been sorted, you would probably be mad if staff wrongfully warned you as well. Don't remember provoking Trash, however do remember saying something like "if some people can get staff, anyone really can", not specifically referring to any current staff member, no names were said, there have been several members of staff throughout the past few seasons who were not the best who's actions had led to a demotion, also brought up as part of a conversation, not necessarily me targeting anyone but responding to another. Lior was not 'provoked' for no reason, he was making accusations in public chat about me and Snqwzy to which led HJ to start on us with the same accusations, Punishqr was involved with this and had been subject to toxicity from HJ and Lior due to this. They both continues to provoke us based on these accusations which were not true, i have screenshots of the entire conversation from start to finish as i had just come back from having a shower when the accusations hit public chat. I do not usually start the initial conversation referring to being inappropriate, but i do contribute to them. I have been punished accordingly for most of these accusations, or they have already been sorted out with the manager and we were already told to move past it. There are other factors to why my opinion on certain members of staff are so negative, however they have already been sorted out with the manager referring to the things stated here. In response to your accusation of Xena being bias, i have several screenshots of other staff being bias towards me, however they were never taken seriously and you cant pick and choose which screenshots you're going to take seriously based on the player. Most of the staff team are and have always been bias, it's basically part of being staff at this point however i am barely ever on when Xena is present so i have no idea where you're at with that. If you're going to present evidence to a member of staff, present the entire conversation rather than hand picked bits, sounds like you don't have evidence of whole conversations due to how you've explained it. Figure out whether Snqwzy 'accused' a player of this or if you were presenting it as a fact, because you've said he's accused him however have stated "even though it was months ago", as if the situation actually had occurred a few months ago. Have a good one.
