The Ultimate Ban Appeal

I want to start with, I am truly sorry for what I have done. I know that with my extensive past of Warns, Mutes, and Bans makes this ban appeal very hard. But this is the first time I am actually sorry for what I said. I know it wasn’t right. I know I should not have said any of that. And that it is all my fault. This week I have been banned I have looked back on my past. And I know that I have done a lot wrong. To the community, the staff, and the people that give me the chance to play on LuckySB. I know I have said multiple times to people “you can’t change”. And I still stand by that. I am not going to “change”. But I know that I need to be less toxic on the server. And I promise, if I get unbanned I will show you that I am able to not be the toxic player. My first punishment that basically led to this ban was the pearl issue. I had pearls called “Rape Victims”. And I was reported. Zach messaged me on discord telling me not to do it again or he will ban me for my mute time. So I stopped. Then Mel sent Zach another screenshot of the pearls. But the screenshot was before I was told to stop. And Zach thought it was after. So he banned me for 3 days. After a day he told me he will unban me later that day when I asked him. Then I said something in discord. And got my perm ban. Like I said, however, I am sorry for what I said over the discord.

I'll be honest, he is(was) the most active if not one of the most active players on the server, sure the toxicity could get a bit much overall he was a fun players to have around, some people quit because he was unjustly banned permanently instead of the 3 day which he was supposed to take. Look I even miss Scamss and want him back, now over course his word is his promise and only when he is unbanned we will know if he's trying to be good for goodness sake +1 personally

+1, he did some very wrong things for sure, we can't argue that, but i do believe it shouldn't have been a perm ban, he was also such an active player in the community, i do think we should give scamss 1 more chance.

I'm not gonna keep responding Mel. This isn't a report thread. If you want to go report me then use the "Player Reports" or the #Support-request in the discord. The whole Rape victim's pearls and the discord messages are what I'm appealing.

Believe me, staff are well aware of everything else that has happened. If you have absolutely no defense for anything else and want to continue to deceive players and play innocent then that's a pretty unfortunate ban appeal.

No one is saying that scams shouldn't of been banned, He should of been obviously. We are talking about if he should be perm banned, Which he shouldn't of been. Just because you feel attacked doesn't mean the ban should be longer from what the rules suggest. He got warned for it if he did it again he'd get a 3 day ban. weather or not he did it or not he got the 3 day ban. Then he got perm banned right after. Even so if he said anything after in discord. You can just block him, Nothing says you can't. I admit if he does in fact get unbanned the next time he does something should be a perm ban. My opinion.

I think it's really unfortunate that you don't understand how extreme this actually is. Not only did he break Discords rules, and the servers rules, but it was just plain inhumane. He revealed extremely sensitive information and said that I deserved it. He told other users, which ultimately resulted in another user contacting me on Discord about it. And then another. And then another. He isn't just toxic, he's straight poison. He joked about rape to begin with. You don't do that. There is no excuse. If he goes and puts in hours of volunteer work and helps those people we can talk, but right now all I see is someone who behaved abhorrently and then said he isn't going to change. He has been toxic on Discord ever since getting banned, annoyed several users, and even disrespected staff members. This isn't a sign of someone that wants to be unbanned or even someone that cares about the server. He just wants to know how much he can get away with. If you care about him as a friend and want to play with him on the server, why not help him instead of encouraging it?

In order for him to know you actually got raped, you would of had to say that you were. You yourself spread the information. On top of everything else you still have to follow the rules, a perm ban isn't just still. Breaking a discord has nothing to do with the server. On top of spreading stuff. if you don't wanna go with what I said first, Isn't what you said he did the same thing you did to another player?
