Suggestion - Bring back the bans page

I think it would be much easier for us players to see which punishments we have gotten. For example it wasn't my first offence for the warn I had gotten, but I had no recollection of this because I do not have access to ./history or the bans page.

The ban page is an integral part of this server. It needs to be brought pack for clarity and transparency.
