Why should your appeal be accepted?

I wasn't cheating. NeonWulf said that she had recorded me running around my island while sneaking, however sneak running is a common visual glitch. When I confronted her about it she stated that other people had seen me running while sneaking as if that somehow made my punishment more justifiable yet it can appear for some users and not appear for others, although I don't see how this statement can be true because I was only online briefly for around half an hour and the only two places I went was PvP and my island and only two people saw me (her and the user I killed at PvP).

I'd also like to state that NeonWulf is biased and doesn't punish users according to the staff guidelines and instead with what she believes is right, if you require evidence of this you can view chat logs from earlier today, she warned me twice and then proceeded to mute me, one of the warns was insufficient along with the mute she gave me shortly after, however I didn't actually violate any of the rules documented while another user she is friends with only received one warning yet he violated two different rules which are documented.

Unfortunately the moderator who punished me believes that it isn't. I'd make a report on her because quite frankly the shit she pulls is ridiculous, but I don't play here enough and I reckon she'll be demoted eventually.

You aren't the first person to mention that she doesn't know how to be a proper staff.

I'd also like to state, NoSlowDown (what she punished me for) doesn't even allow you to run while sneaking, it allows you to use consumables without slowdown while running - this further reinforces that she doesn't have the knowledge and experience a staff member requires.

I appreciate that, but she genuinely believes that it's not a glitch. I even explained and asked her to unban me via Discord because I thought this situation would've been resolved easily but she chose to ignore me.

Well, I guess that it is something wrong with the staff member if you have enough evidence to show otherwise then they shouldn't ignore you and answer your demands. If said staff member persists on ignoring you should therefore contact the manager of the staff team, TunefulMouse.

I've just been sent this screenshot by a friend and NeonWolf has just banned a user who isn't me for "Ban Evading" because he has a similar username.

You went to your island and it still happened there. Plus myself and others had relogged as we did think it was a visual glitch. TunefulMouse is already aware of this situation and has been sent the video and agreed with JxstTrxsh and I about it.

This was a visual glitch, I'd like to see this "video" of me "uncrouching many times" because I don't believe you at all and you clearly don't know anything about hacked clients and game modifications.

You and others complaining about neon is biased is just fake. Grow up, and accept your punishment. Neon punished you for the correct thing and now you're calling her biased? If you don't appreciate that you got banned for breaking the rules then don't break the rules. We just lost a great staff member due to the lack of calmness and positivity in this server, quite ridiculous.

Hi, this is the proof that was sent to me for your ban.

As far as I know, anyone could have thought the same thing on Taaj_Manzoor being related to your account with the similarities in place. Checking your IP does not make a difference, you can be using a VPN or a different router to connect with that account. I had unbanned the so other person, and somehow was quick to make a comment on what was going on including yourself. Although mistakes can happen, it is obvious the staff member saw it adequate to take action on your punishment. A simple appeal would have solved this if you believed this was a wrong ban which can happen.
