Unbanning scamms and blacklisted players

Howdy hey hi everyone hope your all well, I am making this because scamms, who is blacklisted, is being unbanned next season. I have no issue with him being unbanned but then again I think some other people who are blacklisted should be unbanned too. It kinda isn't fair that and I know this is true, that staff likes scamms and the staff that dosent like anyone else who are blacklisted are still banned. when I say this I mean like, unban maybe churro, or lonsdale, and people like that, just to make it fair and not biased.

Ok first off, it is yet to be determined if I am getting unbanned. I was unbanned during the Griefing event because there really was 0 reason to have me banned during that as its basically just anarchy. It's the same reason you got unmuted and blood. Because there wasn't a reason for having punishments. Secondly, the staff isn't biased at all. At the start of my ban, many of my other alt accounts that I would log on also got banned on. Lonsdale and churro's bans are completely different. They were telling players who in no way needed to know they told them about stuff that happened in the past. After being told multiple times to stop talking about it. They continued to like what they were doing was right. I "talk" to vyzon on a daily bases. And I help him with some questions he has on what he should add to the server. Many Many people have asked for my unban. As it really wasn't a fair ban, to begin with. Even ItsZachTay agreed that a blacklist may have been a bit too harsh over what I said. I have a very prominent role in this community. Many players know me. And Most of my toxicity is just me joking trying to get reactions out of people. I rarely take my toxicity to the point of constantly bullying a player to try to get them hated on the server or to make them quit like Lonsdale and churro were doing. I have also made 1 ban appeal that actually was an apology and not a "we were doing what was right" appeal. Most of the staff really also aren't a fan of how toxic I am. I am just really fucking funny.

I completely understand your point of view on this situation, I think that it might be unfair the keep all the other blacklisted players as they are because if one got the chance to be unbanned I also believe the others should as well be unbanned to avoid making it biased and fair for every player to keep balanced rights. So undeniably, this should in a way be considered to avoid any biased decisions and unfairness.

It's not bias? There is no way that me being unbanned was biased. That's basically saying any server that unbans 1 player has to unban them all or it's biased. It would have been biased to let me off on what I said to mel without even punishing me. Not unbanning me.

It is indeed bias if they are unbanning you and not others, even tho your blacklisted.

That is nowhere close to what am I saying. You were banned and blacklisted, that was the owner's choice. Blacklisted means you cannot be unbanned. Other people have been blacklisted too and appealed. so how is it, that you, even tho you have a ton of punishments, and someone like churro has like 4, gets to be unbanned and others don't? That is pure biased right there. I understand it might have been wrong to blacklist you but then again it was the owner's decision.

Yes, you are saying that that is the logic you are using. Secondly, I can still get unbanned, Churro was basically spreading information that was supposed to be stopped. he was telling new players it who didn't need to know. It isn't biased at all is the thing lmfao. My appeal was good, if you didn't notice in churros appeal he was saying what he did was right and the ban was to cover something up.,

Yeah, he did. if I get unbanned it's because of how helpful I actually am within the server. You don't know what goes on in the background of the server.

The thing is it is fair for what happened to them. They were doing stuff that they shouldn't have been doing. I didn't do a personal appeal with tunny. I do not talk to tunny. And the community has already said multiple times they want me unbanned do you not see the suggestions?!?!
